I have been at Faith Ascent for the past three years it is the highlight of my summer. I learn so much and grow more in God here than I have anywhere else. I make a ton of friends and keep them all year. I love the ministry and staff and appreciate all they do. I would like to learn more about the Lord as I am in a different situation amd place in life than in previous years. I am ready to learn anything God wants and needs me to learn before I head to college in the fall.

Base Camp is 5 days and 4 nights of strategic preparation for the challenges and opportunities college bound Christians will be presented with. In a real college environment our expert teaching team will answer the tough questions Christian teens are asking (and being asked). Questions including but not limited to:

- Is all truth relative? What about moral or religious "truths"?  
- Does science contradict or compliment Christianity's creation account? 
- Are our Bible's reliable and accurately copied? How do we know? 
- Were the Biblical authors telling the truth? How do we know? 
- Was the resurrection a real historical event? How do we know?
- Was the Jesus messiah narrative plagiarized from earlier pagan myths?   
- What exactly is the Christian gospel? What are false gospels? 
- Are Christian sexual ethics outdated and bigoted? (Hint: NO!)
- What do people of other religious faiths actually believe?
- What do agnostics and atheists actually believe? 
- What does evangelism and witnessing look like in a post-Christian culture?
